AI Agent
With AI Agent feature, you will be able to chat or talk with your favorite chatting app (WhatsApp or Telegram) to access your smart home devices and control them.
Prerequisites
Make sure the devices are controllable in Home Assistant, and that their room names, device names, and entity names are user-friendly. (The AI Agent recognizes names based on the configuration in Home Assistant, not on iSG, for WhatsApp/Telegram control.)
Ensure your iSG is connected to the Internet.
How to Activate AI Agent
Click the Bot icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Enable the AI Service.

Scan the QR code or search for the bot name to add it on WhatsApp or Telegram. Use your phone’s browser to scan the code, and it will automatically open WhatsApp or Telegram.
In the chat, send bind-[your iSG’s MAC address]. Your iSG will then display its current MAC address—simply type the same text in the chat and send.
You will then receive an email at your registered account containing a one-time verification code. Enter that code in the chat to complete the binding process.
Use AI Agent for Chat Control
After your iSG is bound to the AI Agent, you can send text or voice messages in the chat to control your smart home devices.
NOTE:
If you send voice messages, there may be a slight delay due to network conditions and voice processing.
Try to avoid using overly generic device names (e.g., “Light”, “Door”) because the AI Agent may interpret them as a device group.
Including the room name is not mandatory, but if the control is not accurate, please try adding the room name to improve precision.

Smart Features
The chatbot understands any language for both inquiries and device control.
The AI Agent supports continuous interaction — you don’t need to repeat the device name or room if you issue another command within 1 minute.
The AI Agent can automatically correct minor typos or shortened device names, but we still recommend using the full names for the most accurate control.
