# Hardware (iSG Box)

## No HDMI Output

If your **iSG Box SE does not display anything via HDMI**, please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

***

#### 1. Verify the TV’s HDMI Input Source

If you are connecting iSG Box SE to a TV, please note that **most TVs have multiple HDMI input ports**.

* Make sure the HDMI cable is connected firmly on both ends.
* On your TV, use the **Input / Source** button to check that the selected HDMI input matches the port where the iSG Box SE is connected.

⚠️ An incorrect HDMI input selection is the most common reason for no display.

***

#### 2. Power Cycle the iSG Box SE

* Disconnect the power adapter from the iSG Box SE.
* Wait **10–15 seconds**.
* Reconnect the power adapter and observe whether the HDMI output appears during boot.

This step helps recover from temporary startup or HDMI handshake issues.

***

#### 3. Check the Front Status LED Indicator

Please observe the **LED indicator on the front of the iSG Box SE**:

* **Red LED**: The device is in **standby mode**
  * Press the **Power button on the remote control**
  * The LED should turn **blue**, indicating the device is active
* **Blue LED**: The device is powered on and should output HDMI video

If the LED remains red, HDMI output will not be active.

***

#### 4. Try a Different HDMI Cable

HDMI cables can fail or be incompatible.

* Replace the HDMI cable with another known-working one
* Avoid using very long cables or adapters if possible

***
