# How to use Opera to Update firmware?

Sometimes when we click on the upgrade option in iSG, we might encounter a message saying "Download resources are unavailable." This typically occurs because a large number of users are attempting to download simultaneously, causing the download server to temporarily become unresponsive. 

We have provided multiple download links in our online help documentation to support manual upgrades. Here are the specific steps to use Opera for the upgrade:

1）Open Opera in iSG， Add-ons - Opera, click "Open" on the right

2\) Input URL " <mark style="color:purple;">kb.linknlink.com/isg</mark> " in Opera browser. click "Firmware Update"

3\) Click "iSG Software", click the latest released download link

4\) Click " Download anyway "

5\) click "Download" in pop up window

6\) Click top right user icon, and click "Downloads"

7\) click the download apk file to update firmware

8\) Click Update, iSG will restart after the update is complete
