Thank your for purchasing the Intelligent Super Gateway (iSG). This online knowledge base (KB) portal will guide you how to use the gateway with your smart home devices and utilize its advanced features.
IMPORTANT NOTICE (FOR ISG BOX USERS):
After logging in, please complete all available updates as soon as possible. For detailed steps, refer to the Update Announcement. (The factory default software version may cause Home Assistant to fail to restart automatically. The latest update package resolves this issue and upgrades Home Assistant to version 2025.12.2.)
If you do not wish to use the additional features provided by iSG, you can log out and access Home Assistant directly. Simply note the iSG’s IP address and access it from your PC or Mac at: http://IP:8123
iSG does not collect your private data. If you do not need features such as remote access, you may also disconnect the device from the Internet. The built-in Home Assistant can operate fully locally without an Internet connection.
