# Factory Reset

If your system fails to start up or frequently crashes, it may be due to some system files being corrupted. In this case, a factory reset is needed.

Go to the iSG settings page and find System Settings.

**1）For iSG Display**

Go to System - Advanced - Reset Options - Erase all data (factory reset)

**2)  For iSG Box**

System Settings > Device Reference > About > Factory Reset
