iSG Software Issue Alert

Dear iSG Users,

We have identified a software issue on the iSG that may affect your use of the device.

Issue Description:

When you sign up for an account directly on the iSG during initial use, the device will continuously restart, preventing you from entering the software.

Temporary Solution:

Please DO NOT sign up for an account directly on the iSG. Instead, sign up for an account using the LinknLink App on your phone, then scan the QR code on the iSG from the LinknLink App to sign in.

If you have already encountered this issue, don't worry. Please follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Download the LinknLink App and sign in with the same account. 2. Go to "Me" > "Manage Homes" > Your Home > "Home Location". 3. Set a location for your home.

After completing these steps, your iSG will recover.

Fix Plan:

We are working urgently to fix this issue and expect to release an update within the next 2-3 days.

How to Update iSG:

We regularly publish updates for the iSG. You can visit this link https://kb.linknlink.com/isg to download updates and find instructions for updating your device.
