Part 2. Use BLE Remote

1. Prepare Devise

Power on the eRemote Hub.

Insert batteries into the BLE Remote, 2 AAAbatteries.(Batteries not included in the package)

2. Pair BLE Remote

Short press the reset button on the bottom ofeRemote Hub once. The red LED will flash slowly.

Press and hold the left and right direction buttonson BLE Remote for 3 seconds until the LED startsflashing slowly, then release both buttons.

The red LED on eRemote Hub will flash quickly 4times and then turn off. The LED on BLE Remotewill also turn off, indicating successful pairingbetween the BLE Remote and eRemote Hub.

Short press any button on BLE Remote andobserve the LED on eRemote Hub. lf the red LEDflashes, it verifies that BLE Remote has beensuccessfully paired with eRemote Hub.

3. Switch Remote Code

The remote control has icons labeled 1, 2, 3, and4, Short press the switch button, then within 1second, press the corresponding number buttonto switch the remote code.

Short press the voice button, then within 1second, press the corresponding number buttonto switch the remote code.

4. Edit Remote

The BLE Remote has 4 built-in remote codeswhich can be edited and replaced with remotecodes for devices from other brands.

For example: Code 1 can be used for set-top boxCode 2 for TV, Code 3 for sound system, and Code4 for fan, etc.

To change the remote codes, please refer to thedetailed instructions in section 4-2 of the manual. After connecting the eRemote Hub to the networkusing the LinknLink App, you can configure thesettings in the App.

5. AI Voice Control ( Only BLE Remote Pro)

Please refer to the detailed instructions in section5-1 of the manual. After connecting eRemote Hubto WiFi using the LinknLink App, you can controlthe TV and other smart home devices via voicecommands.

Part 3. Use eRemote Hub

1. Requirement

A smartphone or tablet running iOS 9.0 / Android5.1 or above. A 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network with Internet access.Make sure the device is on and the Red Light Intermittent Slow Flashing. (Press the resetbutton on eRemote Hub 3 times to enter Wi-Fi setup mode).

2. Get the App

Connect your smartphone to your home Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz only). Open your phone's camera, point it at theQR code, download the latest "LinknLink' APP from the App Store or Google Play, and install it on your smart phone

3.Log in to the App

Open the LinknLink APP, click on the server selection in the top right corner, then click on "LinknLink Account" and log into your cloud account. If you don't have an account, click "Sign upto create a new one.

4. Add eRemote Hub

Power on the eRemote, making sure the indicator light is Flashing intermittently in blue.

Turn on your phone's Bluetooth service, clickon the "+" in the top right corner -"Add device" -"Add a new device"-"eSeriesHubs & Sensors"-"eRemote'

The APP will start to automatically scan for nearby eRemote devices, which may takeup to 10 seconds.

Connect eRemote to Wi-Fi

Select your home Wi-Fi network, enter the password and click "Connect now" the LED indicator will flash slower and thenturn off. Device is successfully connected. Choose a room and name the device.

5. Add Infrared Remote

Click on the "+" in the top right corner, select "Add device", select "Remote controls", select the eRemote you want touse. Select a category (ex. TV). Choose a brand and find the best infrared code from our recommended options. If no usable infrared code is matched proceed to the next step. If you can't find your brand, click on "Can't find my brand, learn the remote right away"at the bottom and proceed to the next page.

If No Infrared Code is Matched

If you found the brand but no usable infrared code was matched, you have two options: Click " Matching" and follow the guide to try other options that may suit your model. Click "I Can’t find my remote control" →“Learn remote control now” to skip retry and proceed to the next page.

Learn Infrared Code Manually

Firstly, create a remote control, choose a room for this device and name it. Click "Use device now" to go to the remote control panel page, then click a grey button you want to learn. Follow the guide to learn the button, then test and save. Repeat until all required buttons are learned.

Tips to Learn Infrared Code

Aim your physical remote control at eRemote, wait for the eRemote LED red indicator to light up, then briefly press the button you want to learn on the remote control. If a button doesn't work properly, click the "..." in the top right corner and select "Relearn button".

6. Use eRemote Remote Control

The remote controls that have been added will be listed on the LinknLink App homepage, click to enter the remote control interface. Whether the phone uses 4G/5G, or Wi-Fi connection, it can remote control devices at home.

Part 4. Edit BLE Remote

1. Add BLE Remote

If you have previously paired BLE Remote with eRemote Hub using the quick pairing method, you will see the BLE Remote directly after refreshing the homepage in LinknLink App. Alternatively, go to the eRemote Hub pagein the App, click on the top remote selection bar, and follow the instructions to pair.

2. Edit Remote Function

[Note] Before re-binding the remote control panel, it's necessary to first add the remote control panel in the eRemote Hub. Go to the BLE Remote page, select the panel you want to edit, then click on the ... in the top right corner. Select "BindDevice" and options will pop up at thebottom of the App. Follow the prompts to bind the panel.

Part 5. AI Voice Contro (Only BLE Remote Pro)

1. How to Use

Hold down the voice button on BLE Remote Pro while bringing the microphone hole close to your mouth within 10cm. Then start speaking. Once finished, release the voice button.

2. Control Device

All lR remote control devices added in eRemote Hub can be controlled via Al voice commands. Other Wi-Fi smart devices added through the LinknLink App can also be controlled via Alvoice commands.

3. Control Scenes

To add a scene in the LinknLink App, click on the "+" icon in the top right corner, then select "AddScene" and follow the App's instructions to complete the setup. Al will recognize intentions based on the names of the scenes. When using Al voice control, simply express the intention related to the scene. For example, for the scene named "Sleep", youcan say to BLE Remote Pro: "i'm sleepy" or "lwant to sleep'.

4. Virtual Button Triggers

If you need to use voice control for devices outside the LinknLink App, such as those connected via Alexa, we use a virtual buttonser vice to trigger them.

In the LinknLink App, click on the "+" icon in the top right corner, select "Add Device", then choose "Smart Services' Select the virtual button and add it to your home. Note that the button name is crucial; Al will determine control based on the name. Next, synchronize the virtual button with Alexa following the instructions in manual Part 6. In Alexa App, use the virtual button to create a Routine. Try using the virtual button to trigger the added Routine. Control using the voice remote control.

Part 6. Use Alexa/Google Home

If you're already logged into the Alexa or Google Home APP, you can now directly link to the LinknLink skill. On the App homepage, click on the "+" inthe top right corner and select "AddVoice Assistant".

Select "Alexa" or "GoogleHome", then click "Link Now"You will be redirected to the Alexa / GoogleHome App and click "Link" to complete this process. After successfully discovering the device, you will be able to control the device through the Alexa / Google Home APP or speaker.

Part 7. Home Automation

You can create "Routines" in the LinknLink App and use various sensors or specify a time to trigger lR devices connected with eRemote. For instance, f the eMotion sensor detects no one inthe room, it can turn off the AC. Similarly, use the "Routine" in Alexa /Google Home to set up the automation you need.
