Flashing OS for iSG Display

When your iSG cannot boot normally, you can refer to the following method to perform a complete flash.

Please note: After flashing, all iSG data will be completely cleared.

iSG image flashing Steps:

  1. Prepare an SD card with more than 5GB of storage space; ensure it does not contain any files.

  2. Click to download the to your computer (only for PC).

  3. Download the correct iSG image file according to your device model and purpose (click any link below to download): DO NOT flash the wrong image to SD card!

iSG Display (32-bit)
iSG Display (For upgrading from 32-bit to 64-bit)
iSG Display Max (64-bit)

  1. Unzip PhoenixCard_V4.2.9.zip file and run PhoenixCard.exe in the folder.

  2. Click on 'Image' and select the image file.

  3. Insert the SD card into your computer and click 'Burn'.

  4. The system will begin burning the image; it will pause at 32% for a while, please be patient during this time.

  5. When the progress bar reaches the end, it indicates that the image has been successfully burned to the SD card.

  6. Insert the SD card into the iSG.

  7. Power off and restart the iSG; it will display a progress bar, wait for it to complete.

  8. After the flashing, the screen will go black, indicating that the iSG has been restored to the image.

  9. Important! Remove the SD card.

  10. Disconnect the iSG power, then reconnect it and wait for the iSG to boot up; it is then ready for use.
