ATTENTION: Flashing the OS will erase all data. Please back up your data before proceeding.
Prepare a USB A-to-A cable (e.g., THIS).
Get a paperclip (for resetting the iSG Box).
Download the FactoryTool to your computer (Windows only).
Download the latest OS Image File for the iSG Box (MD5: 337E870CD94868DBBE6D3E0895A32A7C).
Open FactoryTool.exe, click Firmware, and select the OS image file.
Click Run to begin the process.
Insert the paperclip into the hole labeled "AV" and press the reset button (located at the bottom of the hole—you’ll feel a click).
While holding the reset button, connect the iSG Box to your PC using the USB A-to-A cable.
Note: Use the white USB 2.0 port on the iSG Box for flashing.
Once FactoryTool detects the connection, it will begin flashing the OS. You can release the reset button once the process starts.
After flashing is complete, disconnect the cable and power on the iSG Box. It will now run the new OS.
