iSG MAX with the error message "Failed to get device license information"?

1) Download the latest iSG MAX software from , and copy it to a USB drive or SD card. Then, insert the external storage into the iSG's USB port or SD slot. * If you get error message from google when you click download, please choose different download source.

2) Press and hold the power button on the back of the iSG Display MAX. Three quick options will appear - select the last one to access the system settings.

3) In the system settings, navigate to storage - Documents & others, and install the APK file from the USB drive or SD card.

4) after APK successfully installed, Use the power button to access the quick options again and select “Restart.”

5) After restarting, a page will appear asking you to send us the MAC address. Please take a photo or write it down, then send the MAC address to support@linklink-iot.com and wait for our confirmation.(Make sure the photo is taken clearly so that we can read the correct MAC address.)

We will register your MAC address in the cloud for automatic activation, so your iSG will no longer require any activation in the future.
