Signing In iSG

1. Prerequisites:

Before begin, you will first need to have a LinkLink account. If you do not have one, you can register an account by downloading the LinkLink App.

1)scan the QR code to download and install LinknLink App or search it on App

2)Choose a server and sign up for an account using your email.

3)Create a home, then confirm your location to ensure accurate timezone and weather information.

*If you cannot find your city, please select the nearest city to you to complete account registration, and then send your issue to support@linklink-iot.com.

After the home is created on the LinkLink App, now we can start unboxing the iSG Display!

2. Login and configure iSG Display

  1. First, take the device out of the box and check the accessories against the checklist to ensure everything is complete.

  2. Secondly, connect the power adapter

  3. After powering on the device, please connect to WiFi by following the instructions shown in the image.(The iSG Display only supports connecting to 2.4G WiFi signals, while the iSG Display Max supports connecting to both 2.4G and 5GHz WiFi signals.)

  1. After the WiFi connection is successful, select the server based on your location.

  1. Log in with your linklink app account . Once logged in, you can start enjoying the ISG smart home capabilities.

How to differentiate between iSG Display and iSG Display Max
Click the ‘Connect to WiFi’ button
Turn on the WiFi switch
Once the WiFi connection is successful, click the back button in the upper left corner.
